FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Patient interface comprises a patient interface element for delivering respiratory gas to the user and a head support, attached to patient interface element. One of head support and patient interface element contains an axis. Other of the head support and the patient interface element contains a hollow tube, in which the axis is received, with possibility of sliding the axis inside the tube to adjust the position of the head support relative to the element of the patient interface. Axis and hollow tube are able to rotate relative to each other about an axis between the free configuration, in which the axis can slide within the tube in the longitudinal direction, and a fixed configuration in which the axial sliding in the longitudinal direction inside the tube is blocked. Tube has a lever or a control knob to allow the user to control rotation of the tube between free and fixed configurations for specifying the desired configuration. In free configuration the axis can slide inside the tube in the longitudinal direction between the first and second positions inside the tube with possibility of setting a fixed configuration by turning the axis and the hollow tube relative to each other about the axis in any position of the axis relative to the tube between the first and second positions. Interface unit is opened that contains an interface and a headset to hold the patient interface element and the head support on the patient's head.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing ergonomics.
