SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ore dressing equipment and can be used to extract precious metals and rare elements, preferably fine gold, when processing certain industrial waste (such as tails of enrichment, silt pits, partially overburden rocks, mining facilities, barrier and enclosure pillars, ash and slag wastes obtained by burning brown coals at thermal power plants and boiler houses, dumps of polymetallic mining and processing plants). Concentrator for heavy minerals from bulk material includes a sluice provided with a pulp feeder, at the bottom of which there is a multi-layer collecting mat made of an elastic material, device for generation and induction transmission of vertical oscillations, comprising a generator and receivers of electromagnetic waves placed in the lower layer of the mat, and a device for generating longitudinal oscillations in the volume of the pulp that fills the sluice. Edge of the gutter from its receiving end is located above the edge of its drain end. Upper layer of the catching mat is made in the form of parallel transverse protrusions, like deep filling stencils. Device for generating longitudinal oscillations in the volume of the pulp filling the sluice comprises frames parallel to the bottom of the sluice gutter, which are reciprocally movable with respect thereto at an unequal rate. Frames comprise a contouring element which is rectangular in plan and transverse elements. Lower frame rests with its longitudinal elements on the longitudinal protrusions fixed at the bottom of the sluice gutter and is configured for engagement, when moving its transverse elements behind the parallel transverse projections of the upper layer of the catch mat. Upper frame is supported with the possibility of sliding on the longitudinal elements of the lower frame. Drives of the frames are made as crank-connecting mechanisms with a motor. Before the edge of the drain end of the gutter, a transverse partition is installed, the height of which is below the upper edge level of the upper frame facing towards it, but above the level of the similar edge of the lower frame. Cross-section of the transverse elements of the lower frame has the form of segments arranged with convexity upward. Transverse elements of the upper frame in the plan given shapes of bands deformed in the form of parallel sinusoids.
EFFECT: high efficiency of capturing fine floating gold.
