LOAD-LIFTING MECHANISM Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B66C1/22

Abstract RU 2658239 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be applied to cranes. Load-lifting mechanism contains the housing of the mobile unit, on the top cover of which is fixed a wheel with a groove, covered by a cargo cable, and on the bottom cover a bracket with a hook for hanging the load is fixed. Inside the housing are placed in an even number, in two rows, parallel to each other inertial mechanisms. Each inertial mechanism is a stationary flat pinion with teeth on the end face facing towards the top cover, attached to the housing, and having a central hole through which a vertical compound shaft is passed, the ends of which are installed in the bearings of the upper and lower covers, and at one end is fixed the driven gear, which comes into engagement with the drive pinion of the motor shaft, fixed inside the bracket on the bottom cover. Part of the compound shaft, relating to the inertial mechanism, is integrated with the cross, on each of the four ends of which there is one gear with the possibility of free rotation, entering the gearing with the fixed gear and having counterweights displaced relative to each other by 90 degrees.

EFFECT: it is possible to reduce the cargo pressure on the cargo rope, increase the crane's load capacity, and save energy.
