FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a solid composition comprising the colorant in combination with at least one physiologically acceptable excipient, which comprises the matrix, which contains a lipophile compound with the melting point below 90 °C, in which the specified dye is contained in part, selected from Congo red, carmine indigo, methylene blue, toluidine blue or mixtures thereof; the external matrix that contains a hydrophile compound, in which the lipophile matrix is dispersed for use in endoscopic diagnostics, which is notable for the fact that between 4 and 8 of its unit dosages are orally administered to the human according to the fractionating mode, in which the total amount of 50 to 500 mg of the specified colorant is administered to the human for 48 hours before endoscopic diagnosis.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the staining of the mucosa, thereby increasing the effectiveness of evaluation of diagnostic endoscopy.
