SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns a pharmaceutical composition in the form of an emulsion or microemulsion, which is in a liquid phase to temperature of 40 °C in vitro. Composition comprises: a) an aqueous phase; b) oil phase; c) at least one surfactant; d) at least one inverse heat-sensitive polymer in amount between 2 % and 14.5 % by weight and in an amount below the critical gelation concentration (CGC); wherein said pharmaceutical composition is intended for use as an excipient during endoscopic procedures, in which it is introduced into the target tissue in order to form a liner, which causes disconnection between the mucosa and the submucosal layers for at least 25 minutes. Also disclosed is a composition containing an additional dye.
