SUBSTANCE: invention relates to window or door fittings. In particular, the invention relates to a locking device with a drive lever located on the door flap. Fittings for at least lifting and movable flap (2) windows or doors with running tire (16), and on the vertical flange of flap (23) inside hardware groove (20) of flap (2) there is drive arm (7) detecting drive bar (8), which is moved downwards by handle (5) and transmitting the motion by angle switch (9) to at least one associated running carriage (10), hardware locates locking device (21) fixed by means of housing (26) on drive arm (7) inside hardware groove (20) and connected by means of guide part (24) to drive arm (7), guide part (24) is moved by actuating rod (8) of actuating lever (7) and moves adjustable slide latch (27) and rotatable about rotation point (28) on body (26) of locking device (21) flap (29) from the opening position hidden in body (26) inside actuating lever (7) by moving towards the movement for lowering flap (2) into free zone (30) of the closing position, and wherein free end (46) of flap (29) upon transition to the closing position is meshed by an undercut with camshaft (32) fixed to composite frame (1) arranged in accordance with the position of the slit for cam (22), slit for flap (22) includes stop plate (62) located flush on the composite frame (1) with recess (63)for flap (29), forms slit aeration position by means of entering of the free end (46) of the rotary flap (29) to the free space (64) between the cam (32) and the stop plate (62).
EFFECT: device for providing and facilitating operation of the window or door that facilitates the movement of the lifting, preferably movable, flap, from an openly retracted position towards the closure to the frame, which will have a higher degree of protection against burglary.
