FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: swing-out finish hardware incorporates a pulling-out device disposed on the upper board of a door frame and on the upper board of a pocket. Slatted chuck fixing pin is made as a throw over a slot hole with fixing area of slatted chuck and provides gearing with the other slatted chuck fixing pin made as a cammed follower. For left and right application of the pulling-out device, in front of the first throw, over the slot hole, the second switch is arranged dissymmetrically and with longitudinal displacement with respect to the longitudinal centre axle of the pulling-out lever. One of slot hole parts of each throw over slot hole is capable of rotating, and the other one is fixed on the pulling-out lever. Rotating slot hole parts are in the set position in the intermediate position, so that the cammed follower, by the first activation of drive string finish hardware in the direction of throw off opening position, interrelates with one of the throw over slot holes parts turning it into position, which forms a throw over slot hole.
