FIELD: electrospun mats.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adherent PHBV-PCDA electrospun mats on paper for use as an authentication feature. Electrospun nanofibre mats contain from 60 to 90 % of a copolymer of hydroxybutyrate and hydroxyvalerate (PHBV) and 10 to 40 % of 10,12-pentacosidic acid (PCDA) and are supported on a substrate, wherein said mats are suitable for use in detecting tampering on a substrate.
EFFECT: technical results of the invention are the manufacture of means for detecting tampering on cigarettes which allow checking each cigarette, and not just the entire pack, and the proposed elements should be such that they do not affect the articles themselves during the installation or use, including with respect to the appearance or the method of application, also the element and method of authentication must be such that they are preferably simple visual means of detecting tampering.
