FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction, and in particular to compositions of self-compacting concrete mixtures, and can be used for monolithic concreting. Self-compacting concrete contains cement, an inert filler of different particle size distribution, superplasticizer, additives and water. Inert filler includes a mixture of sand and crushed stone in the ratio of 5:4, a superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate ether is used as a superplasticizer, and rice husk ash is used as an additive, heat treated with subsequent shock cooling, with the following content of ingredients, wt. %: Portland cement – 15–18.3; a mixture of sand and rubble – 71–72; superplasticizer – 0.7–1; rice husk ash – 2–4; water – the rest being.
EFFECT: improving the operational reliability of concrete structures, while reducing labor costs for the vibration of concrete in the formwork through the use of self-compacting concrete, as well as reducing the cost of the final product while improving the environmental situation through the use of man-made waste in the concrete composition.
