SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical equipment and can be used for geophysical researches and repair and insulation works in existing wells. Complex downhole tool comprises a cylindrical body, which includes an installed functional unit, spectral gamma-ray logging equipment with a high-voltage power source and temperature and pressure sensors with secondary power sources, magnetic pulse flaw detector, made in the form of longitudinal and scanning probes connected by outputs to the functional unit, outputs of spectral gamma-ray logging equipment and temperature and pressure sensors are connected to the functional unit, and on the cylindrical body there are also fixed spring centralizers, installed on the ends of the body, made in the form of one or more pairs of arched elastic springs, fixed by the ends on the nodes sliding along the body, and the locking device. Bearing shoes of self-lubricating material are fixed on the apexes of the arched springs of spring centralizers.

EFFECT: technical result is a reduced load on the springs of spring centralizers of the integrated downhole tool.
