FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: in contrast to the typical automatic height control system of the working member of the tile drainage machine with the bucket, scraper chain of the working member being driven from the drive shaft, containing transmitter forming the laser beam, receiver with pendulum suspension, control panel, electrohydraulic unit, hydraulic actuator, in the proposed system, the receiver is fixed to the actuator rod provided with an electric drive with a linear displacement sensor of the rod and fixedly connected to the load and pivotally connected to the bracket of the working member, on which the sensors of angular positions in the longitudinal and transverse directions of movement are fixed. Tile drainage machine is equipped with a path sensor and a programmer whose inputs are connected to the outputs of the linear displacement sensor and the outputs of the angular position sensors, and the outputs of the programmer are connected to the inputs of the actuator rod electric drive, and the programmer is additionally provided with a mode of input of the design gradient of the drain pipe, while the inputs of the programmer are connected to the outputs of the path sensor, and the outputs of the programmer are connected to the inputs of the actuator rod electric drive. Latter is fixed on a pendulum rod equipped with a load and a hemisphere placed in a hemisphere, which is fixed by means of a ring on the base connected to the bracket of the working member, and a cup is fixed to the base, and a damper is installed on the cup bottom under the load.
EFFECT: automatic height control system of working member of tile drainage machine is proposed.
