FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a system for laser automatic control and monitoring of depth of stacking. In the system of laser automatic control, the outputs of the photodiodes of the receiver are connected to the inputs of the controller, which outputs a digital signal about the height of the centre of the receiver relative to the laser beam, which is identical to the altitude deviation of the drain. Outputs of the controller and the path sensor are connected to inputs of the control panel, which is additionally equipped with a computing device for determining the local slope of the drain relative to the horizon depending on deviations of the centre of the receiver at the track pitch and a sound device for recording zero and negative local slopes of the drain. System also has modes of input draining draft slope, path pitch, receiver insensitivity zone and functions of automatic control of the high altitude position of the working member of the drainer, calibration of the path sensor, storing, viewing and outputting recorded information to a peripheral device in the form of a computer with software for drawing up a passport of the drain.
EFFECT: technical result is automation of laser monitoring of accuracy of stacking with simultaneous automatic control of height position of working element of conveyor.
