FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting soil in zones of elevations and deposition of soil in reduction zones by working member of surface planing machine equipped with automatic control system consisting of laser transmitter forming laser support plane, a telescopic mast, an actuator equipped with a sensor for measuring linear movements and a digital indicator, a receiver, a control panel and an electro-hydraulic unit. Automatic section of section (check) is carried out along different planes parallel to laser reference plane. First, on first upper plane located below upper elevations of maximum elevations of ground surface, then on the second plane located in series below the first plane, and finally on the last lower plane passing through the project mark of the section, wherein levels of planes layout relative to laser reference plane are set by installation of receiver relative working element to height corresponding to each plane of lay-out. Thicknesses of layers of planes layout are regulated and installed by indications of digital indicator of actuator.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and service life of machine.
