SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbo-building and can be used in industries where gas turbines are used, in particular in turbo-pump units of liquid rocket engines. Labyrinth seal-damper for damping the vibration energy of a rotor of a gas turbine rotating in non-contact bearings, containing body having labyrinth sealing sleeve and sealing band of rotor of gas turbine, coaxial labyrinth bushing. And the sealing labyrinth bushing is made of separate sectors. Between the labyrinth bushing and the seal housing is an elastic damper ring. In this case, the seal ledges of the labyrinth sleeve are located between the projections of the sealing band.

EFFECT: such a design of a labyrinth seal of a gas turbine excludes mechanical contact of turbine design elements with stator elements of a labyrinth seal and will ensure trouble-free operation during the passage of the first critical (resonant) rotor speed due to damping of turbine vibration energy by an elastic damper ring.
