FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Rotor windmill contains a rotating base, traverses, energy receivers and a central rack. Energy receivers are made in the form of hollow half-cones, fixed between the upper and lower traverses, and the fastening of hollow half-cones to the traverses is performed with an alternation of fastening at the tops and fastening at the bases.
EFFECT: invention is directed to increasing of the efficiency.
