SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic lens device comprises three-dimensional formed ophthalmic insertion device, feed member fixedly attached to the ophthalmic insertion device, thin film transistor comprising an organic semiconductor layer also fixedly attached to the ophthalmic insertion device, and conductive path providing an electrical connection between the supply element and the thin film transistor.

EFFECT: technical result is formation of organic semiconductor transistors on the surface of plug-in devices having a three-dimensional shape.
