SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for thermoforming of insertion structure for ophthalmic lens. Technical result is achieved by method of thermoforming, which involves providing a sheet of thermoformable material and its centering and retention in the fixator. Thermoforming of the first three-dimensional shape of the sheet portion using the first mold for thermoforming and cutting out the first insert member having the first three-dimensional shape from the thermoformed sheet. And the first element of the insert is made with the possibility of inclusion in the ophthalmic lens. Forming the first adjustment element in the first insertion member. Thermoforming if the second three-dimensional shape of the sheet portion using a second thermoforming mold and cutting out the second insert member having the second three-dimensional shape from the thermoformed sheet. Wherein, the second insertion member is adapted to be connected to the first insertion member. Forming a second alignment element in a second insertion element adapted to be connected to the first alignment element in the first insertion member. Combining the first insertion element with the second insertion element, the first alignment element of the first insert member is connected to the second alignment element of the second insert member to form the insertion structure.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy of the thermoforming process of the various components of the ophthalmic lens insertion structure.
