SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in chemical industry, agriculture industry, production of building materials, and other industries. Mixer contains fixed vertical casing of rectangular cross-section, inside of which to opposite sides the guide trays are secured, under which the flow dividing devices are installed, in the upper part of the casing the loading devices are installed, and in bottom part are unloading devices. Flow separating devices are a set of discs mounted on a rotary mounted shaft having curved blades with holes on the lateral surfaces, wherein the radius of the blades curvature increases from the center of the shaft to the edges, and the length of the blades and the size of the holes increases from the edges to the center.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of mixing process.
