FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a frame, a drum with loading and unloading fixtures installed on the bench with a possibility of rotating, and also the drum rotation drive. The drum is implemented along the perimeter as a multi-pass screw surface with screw grooves made as pockets of the curvilinear shape inside the drum, the curvature centres of which are located inside the drum cross-section. The drum is fabricated of three and more identical rectangular strips. The strips are twisted in the longitudinal direction with reference to the longitudinal axis and bent along a spiral line in the cross direction on a cylindrical mandrel to form three or more inner curvilinear convex surfaces with the centres of curvature inside the drum and forming the extensions in the form of helical blades along its whole length from inlet to outlet hole. A wave-like spring with flat section of turns is provided as well as a device to adjust the turn pitch by stretching or compression of the spring.

EFFECT: invention will allow to improve the quality of mixing of bulk materials.
