SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used to reinforce the reinforced concrete support of the power line. Method of reinforcing the reinforced concrete support of the power line consists in that, first, the carbon fiber cloth is applied to the support in a spiral, herewith, the coils of the cloth are glued with the calculated overlap of each following to the previous one in the form of a continuous shell to the full height of the support, and then a bandage is glued in the horizontal direction at the foundation of the support.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase the load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete supports of power lines, increase the resistance of reinforced concrete supports of power lines to the torque, exclude the costs associated with the replacement of damaged supports, increase the reliability and the terms of their safe operation.
