FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to recovery of bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structures. Method of reinforced concrete structures recovery by system of external reinforcement by vacuumizing method consists in the fact that damaged sections of concrete are preliminarily removed, cleaning the bare surface of metal reinforcement from rust, applying a composition of a neutral rust converter, after drying of which, two additional layers of a cement-based rust converter are applied on the surface of the reinforcement, concrete surface is cleaned until coarse aggregate appears in the concrete body, the restored concrete surface is cleaned from contamination, the geometric dimensions of the structure are restored using high-strength thixotropic compositions, followed by cleaning and levelling the surface, carbon woven material pre-impregnated with epoxy glue is glued to the surface to be restored and serves as external reinforcement. Glued carbon woven material is coated over the entire surface with a reusable multilayer dense polyethylene film, in the body of which there is a spiral tube is tightly placed, which is connected to a vacuum pump by a branch pipe, air is pumped out over the entire restored surface, the polyethylene film is removed to create a vacuum, the repaired surface is levelled with the help of a finishing epoxy glue with coating the surface with sand with particle size of 0.1-2.5 mm, then the surface is finally cleaned.
EFFECT: high strength of the structure.
