FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the oil and gas industry, in particular to the devices for development and impact on the pit-bottom zone of wells. Device for development, processing and surveying of wells contains a casing with radial channels connected to the pipe string, a packer, a jet pump, at least one circulation channel, at least one longitudinal channel, the lower part of which is connected to the sub-packer space of the well, a differential locking element with an axial channel and radial ports, set into the circulation channel inside the casing with the possibility of longitudinal movement, a differential closure with an axial channel and radial windows, sealing elements for sealing the closure, back pressure valves, one of which is installed in the active medium supply channel of the jet pump, connected by one of the radial channels of the casing to the annulus, the other valve is located at the top of the longitudinal channel connected to the inlet to the mixing chamber of the jet pump. Space of the longitudinal channel below the installation site of the back pressure valve is connected by the second radial channel with a circulation channel at the extreme lower position of the differential closure through the axial channel and the radial windows located in the upper part of the closure element and the third radial channel with the annular cavity of the circulation channel, bounded by a large stage of the differential closure located in its lower part, the fourth radial channel communicates the annular space with the cavity of the circulation channel limited by the lower surface of the closure. Sealing elements located outside the closure are installed within the stroke of the sealing surface of the closure element. Device is additionally equipped with a hydrodynamic cavitator, or a pulsator, or a generator having modules both direct, as well as back action, where through injection of formation processing solutions (acid compositions, surfactant solutions, solvents and other various processing compositions), as well as extracting the products of their reaction with the rock in the pulsating regime are performed. Hydrodynamic cavitator, or pulsator, or generator is installed between the lower and upper parts of the longitudinal channel and provides through itself a hydrodynamic connection between the pipe and sub-packer spaces. Values of bottom-hole pressure, frequency and amplitude of pulsations, a profile of fluid flow into a formation and from a formation in the interval of perforation are controlled and controlled in real time by the operator from the wellhead by changing the modes of feeding the liquid into the production tubing. To monitor these parameters, the device in the lower butt end contains at least one sensor for measuring the bottom-hole pressure, frequency and amplitude of pulsations, within the perforation interval – a garland of motion sensors of fluid from which at the wellhead a digital information is transmitted to the operator's console via a log, electrical or other cable.
EFFECT: proposed device makes it possible to increase the wells productivity, as well as to increase the formation coverage with a working by producing a reagent-wave action.
