FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: belt cleaning module is designed for a cleaning device for reverse movement of conveyor belts and installed on a system holder with adjustable height. The module comprises a support (1) fixed on a holder (21), a cutting edge holder (3), on which a cleaning blade (4) is fixed with a cleaning edge (5), a body cleaner (2) with a body of hinged joint containing two hinges, height adjustment means (8) for the belt cleaner module on a support (1). A first joint (7) which rotation axis (11) passes transverse to the direction of the belt movement and has a torsion spring (16) to connect the support (1) and the body cleaner (2). The torsion spring (16) applies pressure to the cleaning blade (4) in the belt direction. The first hinge (7) is equipped with spring means (9) for measuring angle and has a fixed stop (10) for deviation. A second hinge is provided with a bushing (6) into which the holder (3) of the cutting edge for rotation is inserted. The rotation axis (12) of the second joint extends longitudinally relative to the belt movement direction, and the second hinge orients the holder (3) of the cutting edge on the moving belt, so that the cleaning edge (5) is always in tight contact with the belt.
EFFECT: easier maintenance of the cleaner.
