FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of action of the engineer troops of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service and, in particular, can be used in order to search for, destroy mines and explosives in the areas of suspected and concealed mining. Device for neutralizing mines and explosive elements contains a compressed air vessel or the rubber tank with water (1), which are protected by the casing (7), with the outlet hose (2), at the end of which the tip (5) and the valve (6) are installed.
EFFECT: destruction of any previously unknown, new anti-personnel mines and explosives, and the elimination of mine picker death during demining.
