FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to livestock sector, in particular, to an energometabolic feed additive for stimulating immunometabolic processes in cows in prenatal and postnatal periods. Additive contains an energomethabolic stimulant – amber acid, excipient and probiotic. Malt sprouts are used as a filler, and the probiotic is a fermentative probiotic called Cellobacterin. Components are taken at the following component ratio at a rate of 1,000.0 kg: amber acid 0.5 kg; cellobacterin 1.0 kg; malt sprouts up to 1,000 kg. In this case, the additive is added to the feed in an amount of 1.5 kg/head daily for 35 days before calving and 30 days after calving.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow normalizing metabolism in cows in prenatal and postnatal periods, increasing the natural resistance of calves.
