FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: autocollimator comprises a reflecting element mounted on the monitoring object, a photoelectric autocollimator comprising a radiation source, a beam splitter plate, lens, a matrix photodetector (MPD), on which three images of a circular diaphragm fixed in the focal plane are projected, obtained after reflection from the reflecting element of the light beam, and a control unit with a computing device whose inputs are connected to the MPD outputs. Reflecting element consists of a mirror and a rectangular prism, the edge of a dihedral angle perpendicular to the normal line to the reflecting surface of the mirror. Autocollimator light beam is separated by a beam splitting cube into two beams directed towards the mirror and to a rectangular prism. Beam-splitting cube is mounted on a float that preserves the position of the normal to the beam splitter face of the cube in the horizontal plane. Control unit with the computing device with the help of curtains installed in front of the mirror and a rectangular prism provides alternate hits of light beams reflected from the mirror and rectangular prism into the lens.

EFFECT: increase of the transmission coefficient over the twist angle and support of angular control of the object position as it moves along the optical axis of the autocollimator without reconfiguring the control scheme.
