FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the DG-90L2.1 gas-turbine engine nozzles washing method. Set task, in increasing efficiency of preventive maintenance of gas turbine engines DG-90L2.1, is achieved by flushing nozzles of combustion chamber GT-90L2.1 on specially designed unit. Proposed plant consists of feed tank with fastening plates fixed on tank side walls. Special cutouts are made for installation of nozzles in plates. Reliable fixation of nozzles is provided by rods fixed on upper surfaces of planks. Circulation pump with suction and delivery pipelines is provided for arrangement of circulation of liquid poured into tank. From the discharge pipeline the liquid enters the pressure header, in the upper part of which there are unions for connection of flexible hoses, through which liquid is supplied to the nozzles. In discharge manifold there is a shut-off valve, which allows supplying solution only for one section of manifold, for flushing of incomplete set of nozzles, if necessary. To prevent ingress of circulating pump washed out from injector to inlet of circulation pump, filtering partition is provided. For ease of movement and transportation of plant all its parts are located on common frame.

EFFECT: invention objective is to increase efficiency of preventive maintenance of gas-turbine engines DG-90L2.1.
