FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: parts are maintained at a temperature of from 100 to 150 °C in a water alkali solution containing 600 to 800 g/l of sodium hydroxide and additionally containing 0.5 to 2 g/l of sodium nitrate, or 0.2 to 0.5 g/l of sodium sulphate, and after maintaining in the water alkali solution, the fuel manifold parts are cleaned in the phosphoric acid solution with a concentration of 50 to 150 g/l at a temperature from 80 to 105 °C. Maintaining in the water alkali solution, cleaning the fuel manifold parts in the phosphoric acid solution, rinsing in water and purge with compressed air are performed at least twice.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced duration of cleaning parts of the fuel manifold of the gas turbine engine, reduced power consumption.
