FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, specifically, to an injector for needleless injections of a fluid, primarily for elimination by injection or suction of the mucosa of the esophagus of the gastrointestinal tract or for similar applications. Injector comprises a fluid applicator and a fluid supply device. Fluid applicator has an outlet for needleless injection into biological tissue of fluid and a fluid supply line, leading to the outlet. Fluid supply device is connected to the applicator by a fluid supply line and has a driving device and a fluid storage chamber. Drive device has a high pressure reservoir, used as an energy storage device, and an expansion chamber. Storage chamber has at least one first movable wall surface on which force is transmitted, said force being generated by the drive device. Expansion chamber has a second movable wall surface loaded by pressure of the medium in the energy storage device, wherein the area of the first movable wall surface is larger than the area of the second movable wall surface.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables injection of fluid under reduced pressure.
