FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathologic anatomy. When I and II types of MTP, when pathological process is localized in the right parts of the retroperitoneal space, a corpse is laid on the left side, with types III and IV of the MTP, when pathological process is localized in the left parts of the retroperitoneal space, a corpse is laid on the right side. Then, at the intersection of the long muscle of the back with the 12th rib, a device containing a metal protractor with a gradation of up to 180° with clips for fixing a 20 m3 syringe with a needle with a diameter of 16 G and a length of 10 cm, and introduce a contrast, depending on the constitution and nature of nutrition. With the normosthenic constitution, the device is positioned at an angle of 45°, and with a satisfactory supply, the needle is immersed to a depth of 7 cm, 250 ml of contrast is injected into the pathologically altered retroperitoneal tissue, with obesity of the I degree, the needle is immersed to a depth of 8 cm and 250–300 ml of contrast is injected, with obesity of II–III degree, the needle is immersed to a depth of 9 cm and 400–450 ml of contrast is injected. With a hypersthenic constitution, the device is positioned at an angle of 45–50°, and with a satisfactory supply the needle is immersed to a depth of 8 cm, 300–320 ml of contrast is injected into the pathologically altered retroperitoneal tissue, with obesity of the I degree, the needle is immersed to a depth of 9 cm, 350 ml of contrast are injected, with obesity of II–III degree, the needle is immersed to a depth of 10 cm, 450–500 ml of contrast is injected. When the asthenic constitution the device is set at an angle of 40–45°, with satisfactory feeding, the needle is immersed to a depth of 6 cm, 250–300 ml of contrast is injected into the pathologically altered retroperitoneal tissue, with obesity of the I degree, the needle is immersed to a depth of 7 cm, 350–400 ml of contrast is injected; with obesity II–III degree, the needle is immersed to a depth of 8 cm, 450–500 ml of contrast is injected.
EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of bringing contrast medium to the lesion focus in the retroperitoneal space, by preliminarily determining the constitution and the feeding pattern of the examined.
