SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to minimally invasive surgery, gastroenterology. With the help of computed tomography, the pathological zone in the retroperitoneal space is determined. Under ultrasound control, percutaneous puncture of the retroperitoneal space is performed at the lowest point in relation to the pathological zone. A contrast agent is injected. A rigid conductor is passed through the needle into the retroperitoneal space. A manipulation catheter is inserted along the conductor, with the help of which, under X-ray control, the conductor is placed along the entire pathological zone in the cranial direction. Bougienage of the puncture channel is performed under combined x-ray and ultrasound control and a bioinert double-lumen tube with a diameter of 28-32 french is inserted. Additional drainage is carried out with a second double-lumen tube as described above. Flushing is carried out through the installed drains every six hours until the output of clean washing water is reached. Under X-ray control with contrasting, drains are replaced once every 5-7 days.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of intraoperative complications due to improved visualization and allows drainage of cavities of varying complexity and configuration, as well as stopping the purulent-necrotic process of the retroperitoneal space without using open surgical methods and reducing mortality in patients with infected pancreatic necrosis.
