FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular cell biology and pathological anatomy, and can be used to determine signs of metabolic disorders in adipose tissue, as well as to clarify the ways of spreading the purulent-necrotic process in acute destructive pancreatitis (ADP). Adipose tissue is taken from the parapancreatic fiber in the area of the head, body and tail of the pancreas, the fiber of the right and left lateral channels, adipose tissue of the right and left paranephral (perinephric) region, subepicardial fiber, mesentery root of the intestine, pelvis, subcutaneous fat in the anterior abdominal wall. The number of fat cells in the field of view, their area, the area of the nucleus are calculated, then the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio (NCC) is measured. Depending on the values of the number of fat cells and NCC, one of the five types of ADP is determined.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides simplification and reduction of research time.
