SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to corn product containing maize seed from corn plant, bearing the genotype of the brown central vein 3 (bm3) in the homozygous state and the genotype of mealy-2 (fl2) in the homozygous state. Also disclosed are methods for producing a corn product.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a corn product from a corn plant with the brown midrib 3 (bm3) genotype in a homozygous state and genotype of mealy-2 (fl2) in the homozygous state.
