SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology and the food industry. Method for obtaining spirulina nanocapsules in carrageenan is characterized in that carrageenan is used as the nanocapsule shell and spirulina as a nucleus, while the spirulina powder is slowly added to the suspension of carrageenan in benzene in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, followed by stirring at 1000 rpm, chloroform is added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, with a core: shell weight ratio of 1:1 or 1:3 or 1:5.

EFFECT: method for the preparation of spirulina nanocapsules in carrageenan is provided.
