FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removing dissolved gases from a liquid and can be used in energetics for water deaeration. Two variants of a device are proposed, which in a first embodiment includes a film column with upper and lower heat-mass exchange sections, a jet ejector, a separator and pumps. Second embodiment is characterized by the installation of a multiphase pump instead of one of the pumps. In operation of the first embodiment of the device, one part of the deaerated water is directed as a working fluid to the ejector, and the other is fed to the top of the column. Deaerated water flows down the inner surfaces of pipes heated first by heated deaerated water and then by a heat carrier, wherein the dissolved gases are steamed out and in the form of a vapor fall into the top of the column. Deaerated water from the bottom of the column by the pump is supplied to a consumer after cooling in the upper section, and the steam is exhausted by the ejector from which the gas-liquid mixture is fed to a separator, where it is divided into non-condensable gases released into the atmosphere and water that is directed to the column. In the second embodiment, the gas-liquid mixture is fed to the separator by the multi-phase pump.
EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption and a decrease in the heating medium flow.
