FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removing dissolved gases from a liquid and can be used in energetics for water deaeration. Proposed plant comprises film column with heat-mass exchange section, jet ejector, separator and two pumps. One part of deaerated water is supplied by the pump as a working medium into the ejector, and the other one is supplied to the upper part of the column. Deaerated water drains over inner surfaces of pipes heated with heated deaerated water. Note here that dissolved gases are stripped and fall into column top part in form of evaporation. Lower part of the column is heated by means of acute steam. Deaerated heated water from the lower part of the column is supplied by the pump to the consumer after cooling in the heat-mass exchange section. Vapour is extracted by ejector, from which gas-liquid mixture is fed into separator, where it is divided into non-condensed gases discharged into atmosphere and water, which is directed to deaeration into the column. In operation of the second version of the device, the gas-liquid mixture is fed into the separator by a multiphase pump.
EFFECT: reduction of metal consumption and a decrease in the heating medium flow.
