SUBSTANCE: cooling device comprises base members (2) configured to come into surface contact along the metal tubular member (100) surface (100A) under high temperature conditions; heat dissipating elements (3), which protrude from the base elements (2) surface; and heat transfer supporting means (4) configured to maintain the properties of the heat transferred from the metal tubular member (100) to the base members (2).
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of the cooling efficiency maintaining even in the case of the metal tubular element thermal deformation under high-temperature conditions.
