SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, urology, surgery. Immediately before the laparoscopic operation under X-ray control, selective renal arteriography is performed. In this case, a coronary balloon is injected into the artery feeding the segment of the kidney with the tumor and inflated until blood flow in the affected segment ceases. Perform laparoscopic resection of the kidney immediately after suturing the wound of the kidney parenchyma. Balloon is blown off, restoring the blood flow in the ischemic segment.
EFFECT: method allows to prevent development of critical ischemia of the renal parenchyma due to the preservation of the main blood flow during the surgical intervention, while ensuring minimal traumatization of the renal parenchyma and reliable hemostasis for performing a resection of the kidney tumor.
