Simultaneously, a double-lumen balloon catheter is inserted into the lumen of the diagnostic catheter previously installed in the renal artery, which is used to occlude the renal artery. The left gonadal vein is crossed and isolated perfusion of the kidney is carried out until the blood contained in it is completely washed out, while isotonic sodium chloride solution 0.9% is used as a cooled solution, after which the kidney is resected.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of long-term intracorporeal shutdown, which reduces the risk of complications associated with prolonged warm ischemia, as well as volemic, metabolic and hypothermic complications that develop during cold ischemia by other methods, and also reduces the risk of damage to the left renal artery, which is not cannulated.
