FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood is sampled from a mesenteric vein and reinfused into a venous bed of a precava system through a completely implanted infusion venous port-system which is inserted in subcutaneous fat. Laparoscopy is followed with catheterisation and installation of a working end of a catheter in the mesenteric vein, implantation of the catheter to a rectus muscle and port connection. A transfusion system with its venous end connected to a subclavian vein is attached to the port-system. Autohemoreinfusion is performed at rate 5-10 ml a minute, in fractions - by 300-500 ml, every 5-15 min, daily in volume 1.2-1.5 l. If necessary, the autohemoreinfusion course is repeated 3-5 times every second week.
EFFECT: method provides effective decompression of the portal circulation system, prevents haemorrhage syndrome, improves life quality of the patients.
