FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the construction and repair of an external pipeline for various purposes, including from steel, cast iron, concrete, fiberglass, polymer, without its opening. Cylindrical reinforcing frame that has elasticity, ensuring its firm adherence to the inner surface of the pipeline is installed in a pipe, taking into account the existing geometric defects and creating a given stress of the reinforcing frame. Frame is preliminary made by interlacing the rods of the composite reinforcement to produce a web of a composite mesh with a mesh size of 50 to 200 mm and its subsequent rolling. Diameter of the frame corresponds to the internal diameter of a pipe to be reconstructed taking into account its existing geometric defects, and the length corresponds to the length of a section of the pipeline to be reconstructed. When applying a second and subsequent layers of the quartz-cement mixture, an additional reinforcing frame is installed on each previous layer.
EFFECT: invention provides high strength and corrosion resistance of the recovered pipeline, which performance characteristics exceed the corresponding properties of a new pipeline without applying a reinforced coating to it.
