FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for restoring the operable condition of worn out water pipelines, preferably steel ones. Method includes inspection of the pipeline, cleaning it from corrosion and stratification, forming a load-bearing layer and applying a primer-grouting layer. If during the inspection, areas with a wear of greater than 10 % are found on the inner surface of the pipeline, an external load-force layer is formed on the corresponding outer surface. First, outside the pipe, a band is formed by winding with tension of at least three layers of a tape made of a composite fiber, for example, glass fiber or basalt fiber, and impregnating it with a polymeric binder, for example an epoxy resin composition. Formation on the inner surface of the priming and grouting layer is carried out a day after the formation of the load-force layer. Thickness of the load-force layer is set to a variable, with the formation of thickened belts in the form of stiffeners at the ends of the reinforced portion of the pipeline.

EFFECT: technical result is the elimination of the destruction of the walls of the pipeline during cleaning and during the application of the primer and grouting layer.
