FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to the technology of cladding of composite powder materials. Before loading a powder composition into a shell, a plug is installed on one of its sides. After loading the powder composition, the plug is installed on the other side of the shell by magnetic pulse crimping. The shell is placed in a ceramic matrix and preliminary static pre-pressing is carried out with the formation of an assembly unit. The assembly unit is placed in a furnace and heated to a temperature exceeding the melting point of the metal shell. After melting the metal shell, the assembly unit is removed from the furnace, placed in an inductor and a magnetic pulse effect is performed on melt.
EFFECT: efficiency of cladding of powder compositions is increased by adjusting the depth of cladding with molten metal.
