FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstructive surgery of the spine and can be used for ventral interbody fusion. Conduct the treatment of the endplate of adjacent vertebrae to bleeding. Bioinert implant with a central through hole is inserted into the intervertebral space, so that its anterior part rested on the caudo- and cranioventral sections of adjacent vertebral bodies, including their ventral cortical plates. Three-dimensional cellular osteografts with the properties of embryonic bone tissue are placed in the central through hole of the bioinert implant.
EFFECT: method allows to form a bone block in a shorter time, to increase reliability of stabilization.
