SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for complex degassing of highly toxic substances and disinfection of pathogens of dangerous infectious diseases and can be used in the processing of protective clothing and exposed skin areas of people caught in the contamination zone with contaminants of chemical and biological nature, for example, when implementing measures to eliminate the consequences of man-made accidents and emergency situations. Bifunctional agent is an aqueous solution of the oxidizer – chlorine dioxide – 0.2 % and a surfactant – alkyldimethylamine oxide – 0.01 % by weight.
EFFECT: product allows to reduce high levels of contamination with contaminants of chemical and biological nature with high efficiency and in a short time until a safe level of decontamination is achieved.
