FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to degassing surfaces contaminated with poisonous substances (PS), chemically hazardous substances (CHS) and biological agents (BA). The polydegassing and disinfecting formula with oxidative-nuclephilic effect has an aqueous solution of an inorganic oxidising agent - hydroperite or perhydrol, a high-molecular compound - modified water-soluble starch, a quaternary ammonium compound and a medium pH regulator with the following ratio of components in wt %: hydropertie or perhydrol - 10.00; modified starch - 2.00; quaternary ammonium compound - 0.50; medium pH regulator - 0.20 and water - the rest. High effectiveness of the formula with respect to poisonous substances, chemically hazardous substances and biological agents is achieved due to formation of a chemically active shield on the surface. The formula is bifunctional owing to achievement of the degassing and disinfection effect. The formula can be used in all existing special processing equipment with consumption rate of 0.3 l/m2. The formula is prepared in no more than 5 minutes.

EFFECT: formula is cheap, readily available and stable.
