SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for connecting a rotating device, in particular a steam turbine, and a shaft-comprising device, in particular a gas turbine, with the following steps: acceleration of the rotating device to the number of revolutions at the output, which is less than the number of revolutions of the shaft-comprising device; determination of the error angle between the shaft-comprising device and the rotating device; acceleration of the rotating device with an acceleration value, which is determined from the difference in the predetermined number of revolutions, which arises depending on a certain angle of error, acceleration and the desired target connection angle. Invention relates, further, to an appropriate system for connecting the rotating device to the shaft-comprising device.

EFFECT: technical result of the inventions is to achieve an optimum error angle after the connection, in which the rotating device and the shaft-comprising device are optimally aligned with each other.
