FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including weaving looms vibration isolation. Rubber-metal vibration isolator is made in the form of a frame with parallel-connected resilient-damping elements: the left one, made in the form of a damper, and the right one in the form of a cylindrical helical spring, which turns are covered with a vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane. Resilient-damping elements have the same rigidity and are installed on the common base. Vibration isolator frame is made in the form of two corners in the lower part interconnected by means of a horizontal bar, on which a textile machine support element is installed through the vibration damping gasket. Left and right resilient-damping elements are installed on the vibration isolator common base through the additional vibration damping elements. Made in the form of a damper, left resilient damping element comprises a body and a piston arranged therein, the body is made in the form of a cylinder with a bottom, in which a piston is located in the form of a cup with parallel to each other and coaxial to the body upper and a lower collars, which are disposed relative to the body inner surface with a gap, and between collars the friction material is located. Spring located between the piston and the body bottom rests against the piston lower surface. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom, in which the spring is located is filled with a friction material with a higher friction coefficient. Piston upper collar upper surface rests against the elastic ring connected to the locking member made, for example, in the form of a locking ring fixed in the groove of the body cylinder inner surface. Through the resilient ring the locking element contacts the piston upper collar upper surface, holding it in its original state, and as the located between the piston collars friction material, a sintered friction material based on copper containing zinc, iron, lead, graphite, vermiculite, copper, chromium, antimony and silicon is used. Located between the piston and the body bottom spring is made in the form of a conical spring, which turns are covered with a vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane.
EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode.
