FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of a frame with in-parallel connected elastic-damping elements, having the same rigidity and installed on the common base through the additional vibration damping elements. Frame is made in the form of two interconnected by horizontal strip angles. On the strip the textile machine support element is installed through the vibration damping gasket. Left elastic-damping element is made in the form of damper, which comprises a body in the form of cylinder with bottom, in which the piston is located. Piston is made in the form of cup with collars, between which the copper based sintered friction material is arranged. Conical spring rests against the piston lower surface, which turns are covered with polyurethane. Cavity between the piston and the body bottom is filled with friction material. Holding the piston in its original state locking ring is fixed in the cylinder inner surface groove. Right elastic-damping element is made in the form of cylindrical helical spring, which turns are covered with polyurethane, or consists of body, cover and made of elastomer cylindrical shaped elastic element.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
