SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hand washing station. It contains a receiving tank with a drain, wherein the receiving tank contains a heat exchanger, having an outer surface for thermal contact with the fluid, which is at the first temperature, and an inner surface for thermal contact with the fluid, which is at a second temperature, the outer surface of the heat exchanger forming at least a portion of the outer surface of the receiving container, wherein the receiving container comprises means for transmitting fluid flow adjacent to the inner surface of the heat exchanger, wherein the fluid transfer means is adapted to transfer fluid flow inwardly towards the apex of the convex section of the heat exchanger.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the efficiency of heat exchange.
